You can upload your customer data through a simple CSV upload to send review links in bulk. You can also add clients one at a time if needed. Once uploaded, the system automatically sends out review request emails on your behalf.
A CRM is not required, but you do need access to your customer information (name + email at minimum). Many businesses export their data from a CRM, POS system, or customer list and upload it directly via CSV. If you don’t have a CRM, you can still add clients manually.
